  5. Heaven and Earth
  6. Turn the Skypost
  7. Punching
  8. Whole Body Stretch

Use your breathe to time your movements: In General, during the In-Breath, you rise tall stretching upward through your core. Then tuck your belly button toward spine, or think of starting to sit with the hips to tuck the tailbone under. Perform the Action during the Out-Breath.
