Learn How to Lift Free Weights or Use Water Bottles/ Soup Cans, whatever you have on hand. We will work on Upper Body and incorporate the lower body as we progress. Learn proper posture. Understand using your breath and timing for comfort and growth. Add mat work for core strength, and end with some simple stretching.
We use GoToMeeting for our online programs. You will need to register for your free account. After emailing email@example.com your intent to try a class, we will send you a link for your upcoming class.
The first class is free for you to try, then payment via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal is greatly appreciated. No one is turned away for lack of funds. No questions asked. We understand this has been a difficult time and we are here to provide benefit to our community.

Current students can join us for either or both classes.
Thursday class 10am will be comprehensive and include short warm-ups , 3 sets of weight repetitions, and core work.
Tuesday class 11am

immediately follows our Mindful Movement class. We jump straight into 2 sets of weights only and a short stretch. “Friday group” is encouarged to join us at 11 on Tuesday! Warm up for a few minutes prior on your own 🙂
